As our People and Culture Officer, Taylah excels in coaching, nurturing, and identifying the potential of our Alya team members. Taylah is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee experience and deployment including oversight of employee utilisation and rosters.

Taylah brings extensive hands-on experience gained as a field-based Support Worker. Since joining Alya in 2022, Taylah has been a Participant Support Officer and PSO Team Leader, adapting and catering to individuals with diverse needs and promoting an excellent workplace where both employees and participants thrive.

Her friendly demeanour and vibrant enthusiasm infuse every interaction. Passionate about advocacy for inclusion, Taylah champions the empowerment of individuals, highlighting their abilities beyond their disabilities.
