Meet Taylah
Since joining Alya in 2022, Taylah has brought a wealth of hands-on experience from her time as a field-based Support Worker. She has previously excelled as a Participant Support Officer and PSO Team Leader, where she championed inclusive, person-centred support and fostered a thriving environment for both participants and staff.
Taylah later transitioned into the People and Culture team, where she shone in recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience: coaching and nurturing team members while overseeing deployment and rostering.
Now returning in a role focused on organisational support, Taylah brings her trademark enthusiasm, deep operational insight, and unwavering commitment to inclusion and empowerment. Her vibrant energy and advocacy for ability-focused support continue to inspire those around her.
