Shreyash is a Registered Nurse and Clinical Participant Support Officer with extensive experience across the NDIS and healthcare sectors. With a background in high-intensity supports, complex care coordination, community participation, and team leadership, he is passionate about empowering participants to achieve their goals, maximise independence, and improve their quality of life.
Combining clinical expertise with lived understanding, Shreyash takes a compassionate, person-centred approach to supporting participants and their families. He values collaboration, open communication, and building strong relationships to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Outside of work, Shreyash enjoys travelling, exploring different cultures and cuisines, playing community cricket, and spending time with family and friends. His professionalism, integrity, and genuine commitment to helping others make him a valued member of the Alya team.
