Sandra leads Alya’s People & Culture function, overseeing employee engagement, workforce planning, recruitment, performance, and compliance. She plays a pivotal role in supporting Alya’s field-based participant support team, offering expert guidance to ensure consistent service delivery and a positive experience for every participant.
Before stepping into her current leadership role, Sandra was a Participant Support Officer at Alya, where she managed a complex and diverse client portfolio with care and precision.
Born on the Gold Coast and raised in the vibrant, multicultural setting of Vanuatu, Sandra brings a unique perspective shaped by her diverse upbringing. Known for her kind nature and genuine willingness to help others, she’s a trusted and approachable leader.
Sandra’s career spans both the private and public sectors, with deep expertise in Human Resources, recruitment, program and talent management, and service delivery. Her strong foundation in HR and talent development empowers her to build high-performing teams while keeping client outcomes at the heart of everything she does.
