Meet Samantha
Samantha brings a wealth of frontline experience in aged care and disability support to her role as Participant Support Officer at Alya. Samantha is deeply committed to supporting individuals in leading meaningful, independent lives, and consistently applies a person-centred approach across all aspects of her work.
Based on the Sunshine Coast, Samantha is known for her clear and compassionate communication style, creative problem solving, and genuine dedication to building strong, supportive relationships with participants and their families. She empowers people by focusing on their strengths, goals, and aspirations, and values the opportunity to hear and honour their unique stories and achievements.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys expressing her creativity through arts and crafts and treasures quality time spent with her family.
