Senior Participant Support Officer

Nicole is a Participant Support Officer in our Psychosocial Division, coordinating the delivery of services for children, families and adults with complex mental health diagnoses, neurodivergent and psychosocial presentations to build capacity, achieve their goals and participate in the community.

Nicole brings a wealth of lived experience as a person with disability (hearing impairment and ASD). She has worked in the Disability Sector for several years as a Case Manager and is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of people with disability. Her specific area of interest is supporting children and young people to achieve their goals.

Prior to embarking upon a career in Disability Support, Nicole worked as a Safety Manager and Safety Trainer and adopts a continuous improvement mindset to enhance outcomes for participants.

Nicole has experience in trauma-informed support, mental health and neurodivergent presentations such as Autism and ADHD.

With a passion for the outdoor activities and animals, Nicole loves nothing more than heading to the beach with her family and dogs for a surf.
