Mylene Brings more than 10 years of customer service and operations experience to her role at Alya. With a background as a high school teacher, she developed strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills before transitioning into customer-focused operational roles, where she discovered her passion for helping others through efficient service and support.
In her role, Mylene is dedicated to coordinating rosters that ensure participants receive reliable, person-centred support while helping staff feel informed, supported, and connected. She thrives in fast-paced environments, combining empathy, problem-solving, and attention to detail to manage changing priorities and deliver positive outcomes for both participants and support workers.
Known for her approachable nature and strong organisational skills, Mylene is committed to creating seamless experiences for the people she supports, recognising the important role effective rostering plays in delivering high-quality NDIS services.
Outside of work, Mylene is a devoted wife and mother of two and a proud rescue mum to many cats. Her compassion extends beyond the workplace through her passion for animal welfare and giving back to the community. She also enjoys dancing and spending quiet moments at home with a coffee and a donut, embracing the balance between a busy professional life and meaningful family time.
