Marlene grew up in the deep south of beautiful New Zealand, and after working her way around the country she jumped the ditch a decade ago for life and work opportunities.
She has years of experience working with companies Air New Zealand, Affco NZ and Television NZ she has gained a range of financial and administrative skills that she puts to use daily. She has been fortunate to have been sole charge roles to managing a team of 22.
Her skills have enabled her to work in the Airline, WIne, Hospitality, Meat and Television industry to name a few. In Brisbane she joined the "Urbane' restaurant team as Office Manager/Payroll where she quickly become the go-to person for the day to day running of the office and building, before before she found her niche with the Alya Team. Marlene has a will-do attitude, is not afraid of doing what it takes to get the job done and is always looking for solutions for efficiency and effectiveness.
Marlene is passionate about her Jack Russell, Daisy and has become the key dog walker for Daisy and her co-worker Teddy. Always a treat to be had at her desk.
