Madison Robinson

Participant Support Officer

Madison (Maddie) is a Participant Support Officer in our Home Care Division, coordinating in-home, Supported Independent Living, High Intensity, and core supports for both children and adults. Maddie works in collaboration with our participants, their families, and our employees to ensure smooth delivery of complex and 24/7 services to achieve goals and support improved quality of life.

Maddie has acquired a range of skills through previous roles in finance, education, childcare and disability services. Maddie has found a special affinity for the disability sector and thrives on positively impacting the lives of people, and families, living with disability.  As a Participant Support Officer with Alya, Maddie combines her hands-on disability support worker and youth work experience with her extensive office and administrative skills.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in crafts and gardening. Creating with her hands fuels her creativity, while her love for animals, irrespective of their size or shape, brings her immense happiness. Despite not being a good singer, she is a music enthusiast who enjoys dancing and singing to her favourite tunes.
