Meet Fabrice
Fabrice Coquet is the Chief Executive Officer of Alya. He brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across disability, aged care, home care, and broader health services.
Fabrice has led organisations through periods of growth, reform, and operational reset, with a strong track record in stabilising services, strengthening governance, and building high-performing teams in regulated environments. His career spans executive roles in national service delivery, workforce transformation, and digital health, including leading large-scale operations across NDIS, Home Care Packages, post-acute and community services.
Known for his calm, people-centred leadership style, Fabrice focuses on creating clarity, accountability, and sustainable systems that support both frontline staff and the people they serve. He believes strong outcomes are built through trust, operational discipline, and staying closely connected to the lived experience of participants and families.
As CEO, Fabrice is focused on strengthening Alya’s foundations, supporting the team to deliver consistently high-quality care, and positioning the organisation for long-term, values-led growth.
